Our contracted managed services are offered in 4 tiers to allow the most customization for our clients needs, with highly competitive pricing.

TIER ONE SUPPORT – A remote technical support solution priced at $24.00/mth per computer.
Limited to a maximum of 20 PC’s and 1 Server. Only Tier 1 & 2 Switches are support and standard router configuration
support. Additional support services must be quoted prior to contract initiation in order to qualify for support.

TIER TWO SUPPORT – A remote technical support solution $48/mth per computer.
Limited to a maximum of 30 PC’s and 2 Servers. Only Tier 1 & 2 Switches are support and standard router configuration
support. Additional support services must be quoted prior to contract initiation in order to qualify for support.

Tier Two Support includes everything in the Tier One plan plus:
✔ 2 Hours Per Month of Onsite Support
✔ 6 Hours of Free Consulting for key IT Decisions
✔ Peripheral Management (Printers, Scanners, and other devices)
✔ Router and Switch Management
✔ Quarterly Workstation Tune-up
✔ Quarterly Server Tune-up
✔ WIFI Access Point/Router Management & Support

TIER THREE SUPPORT – A remote technical support solution $69/mth per computer.
Limited to a maximum of 50 PC’s and 3 Servers. Only Tier 1 & 2 Switches are support and standard router configuration
support. Additional support services must be quoted prior to contract initiation in order to qualify for support.

Tier Three Support includes everything in the Tier One & Two plan’s plus:
✔ Unlimited Onsite Support for contracted services.*
✔ Unlimited Consulting for key IT Decisions
✔ Annual IT Assessment Audit
✔ 3 Hours a month of included Emergency After Hours Support, additional hours billed at a reduced contracted rate.

*Onsite Support Service is covered only when the technician has determined after an attempt to resolve the situation remotely
that an onsite visit is required. Onsite visits are scheduled within 72 hours (Monday – Friday). If service is required before
8am, after 5pm or on the weekends the contracted “Emergency Rate” or associated “Emergency After Hours Support Hours”
will apply.
